1. Service description

Diagnea is a fault diagnosis assistance tool for HVAC professionals (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing). Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and supplemented by a proprietary technical database.

2. Limitation of liability

Diagnea is a decision-support tool intended for qualified technicians. The diagnostics provided do not replace the professional judgment of the technician. The publisher accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the information provided.

3. Permitted use

• Professional use only
• Any reproduction or circumvention of the service is strictly prohibited
• Access credentials are personal and non-transferable

4. Subscription and payment

• Monthly billing in advance
• No refund for a month already started
• Service may be suspended in case of non-payment
• Cancellation is possible at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period

5. Service modifications

The publisher reserves the right to modify or suspend the service with 30 days' prior notice, except in cases of emergency or force majeure.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Belgium.
