When using Diagnea, we collect the following data:

• Full name and email address
• Company data (name, address, VAT number, phone number)
• Diagnostic history performed within the application

2. Use of data

• Account management and access
• Provision of the AI-assisted diagnostic service
• Application improvement and database enrichment
• Subscription-related communications

3. Storage and security

Your data is hosted on secure European servers (Frankfurt, Germany) via Supabase, SOC 2 certified. It is never sold to third parties.

4. Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and permanently deleted within 30 days following its cancellation.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
